Catching up seems to be the theme for this month! Embarrassment was two weeks ago. At this point I've let that go and now it's sheer determination to get caught up in order to feel freedom to post WHATEVER I want! ha! So get ready! ;)
On December 8th of last year (I know, I know, scold away) I had the privilege of 2nd shooting Ashley and Jonathan's wedding with the very talented photographer, Erin Fults. To see more of the 'official' gorgeous images that Erin got on that wintry day, click here. I remember it was a crisp and chilly winters day, and it was a perfect day for a wedding. There was even a slight remnant of snow left on the ground from the last recent and unexpected Mississippi snows of 2009. What Mississippi bride wouldn't love to have a lil snow on the ground on her wedding day?! Trust me it's rare!
The Methodist Church in Clinton, Mississippi was decorated elegantly and the couple was as laid back as any other Saturday afternoon. This particular pair had been dating since Junior High School, so this day was a long time a'comin!
The wedding ceremony was beautiful, easy going, fun and true to the couple's nature and relationship. It was a fabulous day of celebrating that ended with good food, family, friends, fun and dancing. Thank you Ashley and Jonathan for letting me be part of your fun day. And as always! Thank you Erin for giving me the opportunity to shoot with you! It's always always, yes, always a joy! :)

I love fun wedding details, because you can see the couple's unique personalities in them...

Ashley was a fun gorgeous bride!

Jonathan was relaxed and cool as a cucumber, as if it was just another one of his GQ shoots!
