Beautiful Brock Bunch ~ Family + Children Portraiture

I woke up early Friday morning, and instead of going to work as usual, I headed to Mynelle Gardens in Jackson with a big cheesy grin on my face! It was cloudy, like as in thick, perfect, harsh sun filtering clouds; it was cool, and it was a perfect day for a family photo session with the Brocks.

I first met the Brocks at Redeemer, where we attend church. They were the very first family to invite me over for lunch and make me feel welcome, like a part of theirs. We hit it off like we had known each other for years, and they have graciously tolerated me as a family appendage ever since. Christina and Justin are the cutest coolest couple around, and they have truly, the most adorable kids this side of the Ross Barnett Reservoir! ;) They are fun, energetic, goofy, handsome, gorgeous, full of life, joy, and love.

I arrived at Mynelle Gardens not too sure about the location, having never been there before. I waited as Cree dressed her three chillins and fixed hair, placing bows, and making sure every strand was in place. We walked outside, the Brock family looking fabulous in their all Easter white, the cool wind met us at the door and Cree's hard work with hair went kaput! But she took it all in stride and was a fabulous mom, just taking it all in and enjoying her kids while we played and enjoyed the gardens....WHICH TURNED OUT OH MY GOSH GORGEOUS! I would recommend a session at Mynelle Gardens in Jackson, MS ANYDAY of the week! Love it!

I love how each of their personalities came out in the next 3 shots. It's basically the same idea, but each image is completely different because of the unique personality that each child oozes! They're so cute!

I adore 'true to form' family pictures. I mean families don't just sit around all day cheesing! Seriously now... the best friend sisters play and goof around and the loving cuddly son gives love, and ok, so maybe he does cheese all day with that cute smile! ;)

Thank goodness for a pond that captivated the active lil' monkeys! Whew! I think I lost my Superwoman powers! :P

Handsome

This was kinda an ooops, but I love it! She was laughing so hard. If only adults could laugh this deeply everyday... I have a feeling we would be a lot happier people!

MY FAVORITE SHOT OF THE DAY: I caught our lil' ballerina dancing in the sunshine on the bridge. She was having the time of her life in her own lil' ballerina dancing world. I love these shots that you just can't duplicate...ever! PRICELESS!

The family feet :) and if you didn't know... the Brock Bunch will be adding one more set of lil' feet in about 7 months! Congratulations... I can't wait!

haha, MY MOST FUN SHOT OF THE DAY: Dad was letting down his two piggy back riders, and I caught him holding his lil' football / Easter eggs! haha! So fun!
